Great backdrop for the baby shower and great customer service.
The item matched the description advertised and the seller provided timely feedback and great customer service!
It is beautiful. I love it. The only issue is that I ordered silver, but it appears to be more black.
Such a beautiful addition to our event
Item was beautifully made. Great customer service.
Wish it was a little more brighter, but it is very nice over all!!
The quality of the item was decent. Was a little see-through. Shipping was quick. My biggest issue was the fact that at the time of purchase, the listing was falsely advertising the wrong banner sizes. I was under the impression because of the listing that I ordered a 6 foot tall banner, 5 feet wide. Instead, I received a 5 foot tall, 6 foot wide banner. I reached out to the seller to inform them of the discrepancy and sent photos to support the claim. I only recieved push back and was offered absolutely no rectification. Just a sorry for the misunderstanding. There's no misunderstanding if your listing is clearly incorrect. I didn't misunderstand anything. Good thing I do event styling because I definitely made it work.
Because the way it came I was not expect that is not the way you come to me
Order was delivered quick & love the quality of the material.
I am very impressed with the quality of the backdrop and customer service from Iyeme! So fast delivery and whenever I need she replied so quick!🙏🏽😊Thank you so much for everything!
We are so pleased with the product we received. Working with Iyeme from iJayDesigns was an absolute pleasure. Not only were we able to receive a beautiful backdrop, we received it with all our specifications. We needed this backdrop for a baby shower, but we needed it for a boy. Iyeme was able to change it to our liking and we appreciate the hard work and time it took to create this. Thank you so much Iyeme! I highly recommend her. -Shekinah W.
